The technical diving was developed by means  of the divers of the caves and the vessels of the wreckages which were compelled to deal in the different conditions of these parable of the divers in the open water. Conditions such as: narrow Passages , ceiling over the head, longer dive , poor visibility and more. These divers developed with the years of methods of  survival under the water, upgrade the diving plan and descent to small details and of course development of the equipment for a  technical dive which the growth the safety in the diving and progress the branch in entirety in the new standards.
